Shipping Policy

Endless only ships within India. Please note that delays may occur due to weather, availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Orders placed on in-stock items before 12 p.m. IST Monday through Friday will ship that day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. IST Monday through Thursday will ship the following day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. IST on Friday will ship the following Monday.

We offer Free Shipping to our customers for an order of INR 2500 and above, all across India

How can I follow the progress of my package?

We'll send you an email with your tracking ID and the name of the courier service we've used for your package. You can go to the courier's website and use this ID to monitor your package's journey.

How do you keep cheese fresh during shipping throughout India?

We use insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain the cheese's freshness. This setup allows the cheese to remain fresh for more than 72 hours. Additionally, we use Blue Dart for air delivery, ensuring your cheese arrives within 24-72 hours.

Are there extra fees for shipping?

Yes, there are additional shipping fees on orders below INR 2500. These fees can fluctuate based on decisions by our shipping partners.

Within Mumbai

Pick up from our Mumbai store - No charge
For orders less than INR 2,500 - Shipping fees based on delivery distance.
For orders over INR 2,500 - No charge

Rest of India

Fees vary from INR 250 to INR 500, depending on the postal code.

DELIVERY TIME

What's the usual time frame for delivery?

Please expect your order to take 2-3 days to arrive. The actual duration can vary based on our shipping partners' policies and the delivery location.

At Endless, we take great care and pride in selecting the highest quality products for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or an item is damaged, we will find another solution.

We will accept returns on Products that have not been opened or tampered with.
